Scope of Application

This policy applies to products, services, and projects provided by INDUSVINA, including:

• Factory maintenance MRO.
• Mechanical & Electrical M&E.
• Industrial construction and infrastructure.
• Supply of materials, equipment, and export products.

Survey and Information Confirmation

For works requiring site surveys or technical document review, INDUSVINA will coordinate with customers to confirm:

• Scope of work.
• Construction or installation conditions.
• Implementation schedule.
• Relevant technical requirements.

The survey helps ensure that the implementation plan is suitable for actual conditions.

Delivery and Implementation

Delivery or implementation time will be carried out according to the contents agreed by both parties in the quotation, purchase order, or contract.

During implementation, customers are requested to provide site access, working conditions, or necessary information to support smooth execution.

For any projects or work arising outside the agreed scope, both parties will discuss and confirm before implementation.

Acceptance and Handover

After the work is completed or the goods are delivered, both parties will coordinate to inspect and confirm the implementation results.

Acceptance shall be carried out according to the scope of work, technical documents, or conditions previously agreed by both parties.
