LESSON 4/5: Project Monitoring & Control
02.12.2025Views: 3792
If Initiating is defining the goal, Planning is drawing the map, Executing is marching, then Monitoring & Controlling is the “sword and shield” of the project manager – both attacking deviations and protecting the plan from risks and changes. This phase runs parallel to Executing, not waiting until the end to check. Anyone who does a project without monitoring & controlling is like building a house without a ruler and level – the result will be wrong and you will not know.

Objectives of the Planning phase:
✔️ Define the entire scope of work
✔️ Design a clear, feasible implementation roadmap
✔️ Anticipate risks and countermeasures
✔️ Clarify quality, cost, information, human resources, and procurement standards
✔️ Establish a baseline for future comparison, control, and evaluation
The end result is a complete Project Management Plan - a guide for all management decisions.

Lesson 1/5 – Initiating – Project Initialization
02.12.2025Views: 3421
Initiation is the “first gate” of every project: where we define what the project is, why it needs to be done, who is involved, and who is responsible. If this step is superficial, the whole project can easily drift and conflict.

LESSON 3/5: EXECUTING – PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION
02.12.2025Views: 3645
If the Planning phase accounts for 60–70% of thinking, then Executing is where all ideas, drawings, diagrams, WBS, CPM progress, cost baselines… are turned into real actions. This is where:
✔ Plan becomes reality
✔ Resources are consumed
✔ Products/services are formed
✔ Risks, conflicts, and information deficiencies are most clearly revealed
According to PMBOK® Guide – PMI (Project Management Institute), the Executing process group is the focus to demonstrate the Project Manager’s capacity in managing people – resources – communication – contracts – quality.

Time Management – The Key That Shapes Your Life
10.03.2026Views: 804
Main takeaways at a glance:
Time is the fairest asset in life because everyone has exactly 24 hours a day.
Time is life itself. Wasting time is, in reality, wasting your own life.
Without a plan, time will naturally drift away and get filled with low-value activities.
Free time shapes your future: empty habits pull life downward, while learning and discipline move life upward.
Youth becomes a true asset only when it is used for learning, training, self-upgrading, and disciplined living.

A project is only truly completed when the acceptance documents are complete - payment is made according to regulations - the responsibilities of all parties are clear. This is not just an administrative procedure, but a milestone that demonstrates the professional culture and commitment of the contractor to the Investor and society.
At INDUSVINA, acceptance and payment are considered the final standards to affirm the quality - discipline - reputation of the entire construction process.

In INDUSVINA’s leadership culture, “Being an ADULT in all your actions” is not just a slogan — it is a measure of courage, morality and vision. True maturity is not about age, but about how they stop to consider: “If this were my own business, affecting me and my family – what would I say and do?”
