You chose a very courageous angle.
Loving a book doesn’t mean blind worship.
Respecting an idea doesn’t mean you are not allowed to question it.
We write this piece as a chapter of “self-reflection” — true to the INDUSVINA spirit: fairness, disciplined thinking, and humanity in our conclusions.
When We Choose to Love Values — But Not Idolize People
In this series on Keys to Success, we have spoken a lot about:
- Personal responsibility
- Discipline
- Mindset
- Goals
- Lifelong learning
- Self-leadership
Those values are a solid foundation for every journey of growth.
However, with a spirit of fairness and intellectual self-respect, we want to add one more thing.
There is one point in the content that we do not agree with.
When a Philosophy Goes Beyond Its Proper Scope
The book is about:
- Personal ethics
- Time management
- Life discipline
- A growth mindset
- Responsibility for one’s life
Those are universal values.
But when there is a view claiming that the U.S. launching the Iraq war was right and timely, in our opinion, that is a statement outside the book’s consistent spirit.
Life philosophy does not need politics.
Self-management does not need war.
Ethics does not need weapons to prove itself.
And we believe that:
Once there is war, once there is bloodshed,
something at the root has already gone wrong.
No one truly wins in war.
No nation is superior.
No system is perfect.
We do not glorify death.
We do not glorify war.
We do not glorify violence.
Because war, no matter which side it claims,
carries loss and suffering.
Keep the Values — and Keep the Conscience
What matters is not rejecting an entire book because of a single opinion.
What matters is this:
- Know how to keep what is right, and stay clear-minded enough not to accept everything absolutely.
- Discipline in thinking does not mean unconditional agreement.
- Personal responsibility does not mean losing one’s ethical stance.
INDUSVINA chooses to read with a mature mindset:
- Learn what is right
- Set aside what does not fit
- Keep humanity
- Keep conscience
Our Philosophy
We believe that:
True strength is not the ability to defeat others.
True strength is the ability to defeat oneself.
Businesses can compete.
People can disagree.
But that is no reason to eliminate one another.
Discipline is not for imposing.
Responsibility is not for blaming.
Strength is not for hurting.
A mature enterprise must stand on a humanistic foundation.
Success and Humanity
A development philosophy, if separated from humanity,
will sooner or later become a tool of power.
We choose to:
- Grow without causing harm
- Compete without destroying
- Be strong without becoming extreme
Because in war no one is completely right.
And no loss should be glorified.
Conclusion
We are grateful for the values this book brings.
We have learned a great deal from disciplined thinking and personal responsibility.
But we also keep the right to say:
Life philosophy should stand above politics.
Ethics should rise above conflict.
And success should not be tied to any form of violence.
For INDUSVINA,
success is not winning a war.
Success is building a system where people become more mature,
more civilized,
and more compassionate.
If you want, I can elevate this piece one level deeper —
turning it into INDUSVINA’s own “Humanistic Manifesto” on peace, responsibility, and sustainable development.
